THE TRANSPORT AND DISTRIBUTION OF OUR COLLECTIONS
Once manufactured, our collections are transported to our stores in more than 50 countries or shipped directly to our customers for online orders.
Our initiatives focus in particular on the design and management of our stores, as well as the modes of transport used to distribute our products, with the aim of reducing energy consumption and the associated greenhouse gas emissions.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION
AND THE DESIGN OF OUR BOUTIQUES
We are taking action to reduce energy consumption in our stores, notably by rolling out LED lighting and regulating the use of air conditioning, heating and window display lighting.
We are also increasing the share of electricity consumed by our boutiques that is covered by guarantees of origin, certifying that an equivalent amount of electricity has been generated from renewable sources.
Since 2020, we have incorporated environmental criteria into the design and renovation of our boutiques, particularly through the selection of certain materials and equipment, such as FSC®-certified wood, LED lighting, and paints and varnishes with low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions.

ONLINE ORDERS
To reduce the impact of online shopping, we are taking action on the packaging and transportation of your orders. With the same goal in mind, we encourage customers to return or exchange items in store.
2025
Our e-commerce boxes are FSC-certified and made from recycled and recyclable materials. They are designed to be easily resealed and reused in the event of a return. In addition, this year we replaced all small and medium-sized cardboard boxes with mailing bags for orders shipped from our stores. We subsequently extended the use of these mailing bags to shipments of items from our archive sales.
Finally, some of our e-commerce orders, particularly in Europe, are shipped from the stores closest to the delivery address to reduce the distance travelled.
