Delivery is available for the mainland United Kingdom.

Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the methods and delivery times detailed below. Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Standard Delivery

Your package will be delivered within 5-6 working days, through La Poste / Royal Mail, at the registered delivery address, from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.

If you receive a delivery notice, please pick your order up at the indicated post office. Please note that you will be asked to present your ID and the order confirmation.

In-Store Delivery

Sandro can deliver your parcel for free to one of our boutiques (not incl. Concessions, Department Stores and Outlet Boutiques). Click here to see the list of boutiques offering this service.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Personalized products cannot be returned.


Online exchanges - Free

If an item does not suit you or if you have simply changed your mind, you can exchange it directly online within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

The new item will be reserved for you for 10 days from the date of the exchange request. We cannot guarantee availability after this period.

The prices of our pieces may fluctuate between the date of purchase and the date of the exchange request. However, in the event of an increase, no price difference will be charged, and no refund will be made.

Only new, unworn and completely clean items (no labels must have been cut off) will be exchanged. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the garment label attached.

In-store returns - Free

To return an item to one of our Sandro boutiques in the UK (excluding affiliates, concessions and outlets), please bring your order number and the items with you within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Click here to find your nearest store.

In-store returns entitle you to exchange your product or request a refund (excluding affiliates, concessions and outlets).

Only new, unworn and completely clean items (no labels must have been cut off) will be accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the garment label attached.

Returns by post - £5.95

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to print out your returns label and return one or more items to us by post. All returns by post are at your expense: £5.95 will be deducted from your refund.

You will only be reimbursed for new, unworn and completely clean items (no labels must have been cut off). The item must be returned in its original packaging with the garment label attached.

Your refund will be issued within 4 to 10 days of our warehouse receiving your parcel. We will use the payment method chosen for the order.

How to declare an exchange/return of an order?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return or exchange one or more items.

So we can issue your returns label, you must declare your exchange or return on our website by following the steps below:

1. You can scan the QR code on your delivery note or go to our website's "Order tracking" page

2. Log in to your customer account, then go to "My orders". If you do not have an account, go to "Track your order" and enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order.

3. Select "Declare an exchange or a return".

4. Fill in the model(s) you wish to exchange or return, then indicate the reason so that you can download your returns label. For an exchange, please select the size you require. Please note that stock of the new piece will be reserved for 10 days after the exchange declaration has been validated.

5. Confirm your request

6. Prepare your parcel with the items to be returned and the delivery note.

7. Print and stick the returns label on your parcel.

You can track your exchange and/or return in the "My exchanges & returns" section of your SANDRO account.

Your order may be delivered in several packages: it is important to declare your exchange or return only once all the items have been received. Please note that we provide you with a single return label.
