You can return any unwanted items to our UK branches and outlet stores within 30 days from your purchase, provided they have not been washed or worn, upon presentation of this receipt and with the exception of personalized items which cannot be returned. Items must be in their original condition with the labels still attached.Items purchased in a branches can only be returned to a branches. Items purchased in an outlet store can only be returned to an outlet store. For department stores, we invite you to consult their own return policies.
Subject to terms and conditions, items may be exchanged or returned for a refund or credit note.
Refunds are only issued in branches and outlets on non-sale items paid using only one bank card and will be made via the bank card used for the payment. Any other item returned (sale item or item paid with any other payment method) will be refunded by means of a credit note valid for 1 year in all of our UK stores (excluding corners and website)
Gift cards and credit notes are valid for 1 year and cannot be refunded.
