Here are the key points:
- If you placed an order before January 15, and are contacted by a carrier in charge of collecting customs fees and VAT payment, we invite you to refuse those fees. The parcel will then be sent back to our warehouse and sent again, since we are now able to take the customs fees in charge on your behalf.
- For all orders placed since January 15, we are able to take customs fees and VAT payment in charge on your behalf.
- You will have 30 extra days from the lifting of the lockdown measures to return your order.
