DELIVERY
Delivery is available for the mainland United kingdom.
Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the methods and delivery times detailed below. Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Your package is delivered free of charge within 5 to 6 working days, to the delivery address provided during your order.
DELIVERY TO STORE
Your package is delivered free of charge to one of our stores within 5 to 6 working days, excluding corners and outlets.
RETURNS
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to print out your returns label and return one or more of your items to us by post free of charge.
We remind you that the easiest and quickest way to make your return is to go to one of our Sandro boutiques in the United Kingdom, within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Instore returns are free of charge.

We want to reassure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with current legal regulations: they take place within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data with our payment provider. At no time do we have access to your personal data regarding your means of payment, including credit cards, and we do not store them on our servers.
CREDIT CARD
Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express). After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited with the total amount of your order.
KLARNA
The payment for your order in installments without fees is processed securely, directly online via Klarna. Your payment will be split into 3 installments with no fees for an order amount ranging from 150 euros to 2,000 euros (noting that you will be charged monthly).
PAYPAL
Payment for your order is made directly online through PayPal. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your PayPal account will be charged with the total amount of your order.
You also have the option to pay in 4 installments at no cost for orders ranging from 30 euros to 2,000 euros (with monthly deductions).
APPLE PAY
Payment for your order can be made online using Apple Pay. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, the total amount of your order will be debited from your Apple Pay-associated account. This solution ensures a fast and secure payment process for your order.
