1. ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY
Despite the exceptional circumstances, you can continue to safely place orders on our website. Our warehouses are operating as usual. The available delivery times and methods are :
- Standard delivery - Free : Within 5-6 working days.
- Express delivery - £6 : Within 2-3 working days.
Pick-up point and in-store deliveries are temporarily unavailable.
Rest assured that all health and safety measures are taken at our warehouse to prepare your orders.
2. E-COMMERCE RETURNS
Returns by post are free of charge, using the pre-paid label supplied in your parcel. In the current context, we have extended the time frame for returns up to 30 days after the end of the lockdown period.
3. SANDRO STORES & SERVICES
In accordance with government announcements, all our points of sale in the UK are unfortunately closed for the moment. We will keep you updated as the situation develops.
Our Click & Collect (Online purchase and delivery to store) and E-reservation (Online reservation of an item in store) services are temporarily unavailable via our online store.
4. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Due to the exceptional circumstances and reduced numbers of staff, customer service response times are unfortunately longer than usual.
