1. ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY
Despite the exceptional circumstances, you can continue to safely place orders on our site. We can offer you :
- Chronopost contactless delivery.
Our delivery times will be delayed by up to 10 working days. This is because the hygiene measures introduced at our warehouse prevent us from processing your orders as quickly as we would normally.
Express and in-store delivery, as well as delivery to pick-up points, are temporarily unavailable.
Rest assured that all health and safety measures are taken at our warehouse to prepare your orders.
2. E-COMMERCE RETURNS
In the current context, we have extended the time frame for returns up to 30 days after the end of the confinement period. The processing time of your return and refund will be exceptionally extended.
We apologize for this situation and will do our utmost to ensure that it is processed as quickly as possible.
3. SANDRO STORES & SERVICES
At this unique time we are going through, we are pleased to announce the reopening of some of our points of sale in the UK starting from June 15 :

We can’t wait to see you and will be taking all the necessary precautions to ensure your visit is entirely safe:
• Our staff will make sure that the number of customers and assistants in the store allows for social distancing of 1.5 metres to be maintained.
• As far as possible, our stores will remain open.
• A bottle of hand sanitiser will be provided, so that you can clean your hands before & after touching the items on display.
• Card payment will be favoured.
• Our stores will be cleaned multiple times per day with particular attention being paid to points of contact (POS terminal, doors, changing rooms).
• Our staff will be strictly adhering to the hygiene rules and barrier measures by ensuring they clean their hands before and after touching equipment at the cash desk, as well as stock.
To enhance your experience and save you time in store, we would like to remind you about the Click & Collect (online purchase, delivery to store) & E-reservation services (Online reservation) available via our online store.
